Something you could take prior to going to sleep and waking up with a glowing, flawless complexion? Good news: there is, and we have it here in this guide for you!

Okay, so perhaps quickly is a bit of a stretch. As with anything, everything takes time and the skin is no exemption to this. Considering how long you have observed the condition is a good thumb rule in deciding the timeline to a clear skin tone. Take that time and then add six months.

Almost every concern related to the skin comes with an internal factor, and generally it is preparing for a good few months before we observe it on the skin surface.

Internal Skincare

Let’s take a quick look at a breakdown of some miracle workers for internal skincare.

 • Skin Vitamin A+ - Vitamin A contributes to being amongst the vital nutrients for the skin, yet more than forty percent of Canadians are deficient of it. Skin Vitamin A+ is an effective source of power to supplement anti-ageing that builds healthy skin cells, makes cell turnover active, fuels elastin and collagen, guards against environmental stressors, makes the immunity of the skin stronger, and lessens pigmentation.
 • Skin Accumax – It is a scientifically advanced nutritional supplement formulated to give flawless, clear skin naturally. The skin is strengthened, cellular turnover is encouraged, and the production of sebum is lessened by Vitamin A. Vitamin C is known for some anti-bacterial properties, in addition to brightening and tightening the skin. Vitamin E is known to help with the absorption of DIM and for being a potent anti-inflammatory. DIM is the star constituent that helps the liver to deal with surplus or bad hormones that lead to breakout and inflammation.
 • Skin Omegas+ - Gaining from the addition to Vitamin A, ANP Skin Omegas+ is an ideal companion to every skincare regime. It has the most favourable levels of EPA together with GLA make from Evening Primrose Oil. The barrier layer of the skin is boosted with Skin Omegas+ that further adds to smoothness and hydration, develops immunity, and serves as a general anti-inflammatory.
 • Skin Antioxidant – It includes a blend of seven great phytonutrients that protect against early ageing from pollution and light. These super phytonutrients defend the skin, help reduce the look of wrinkles, lessen inflammation and oxidative stress, influence DNA repair, and block infiltration of UV rays. In order to nourish and protect the skin at the deepest cellular level, each plant nutrient works synergistically.

Pigmentation

Pigmentation begins well under the surface of the skin where melanocyte cells pass melanin to keratinocyte cells. Think of this as an ideal communication between that basic skin cell and the cell that produces pigment, which leads to a flawlessly even complexion. Patchy pigmentation is an outcome of that melanin production being changed at the DNA level by free radical damage from hormonal changes, UV rays, and inflammation and/or injury.

Protecting the skin externally using melanocyte suppressants, IPL or laser, and sunscreen is the most promising method to treat pigmentation, in addition to internally using antioxidants.

Pro Makeup Hacks For Cheeks, Eyes & Lips http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/pro-makeup-hacks-for-cheeks-eyes-lips/ http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/pro-makeup-hacks-for-cheeks-eyes-lips/#respond Thu, 21 May 2020 16:39:27 +0000 http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/?p=3330 Continue Reading]]> There are a lot of useful beauty secrets, tricks, and tips that can simply take your game to the next level. Makeup artists dedicate their life’s work to perfecting the craft, but it even seems like they are blessed with a little makeup magic. But, is it really magic, or is it just some insider information? Most likely a little bit of both – but we are rolling back the curtain on some pro makeup hacks for cheeks, eyes, and lips.

Cheeks

 • Before applying foundation, add your favourite blush to the cheeks for a glow that looks like it is coming from under the skin. For any complexion, a bright, warm pink at the apple is great.
 • Halloween is an ideal time to stock up some unanticipated essentials. Fake blood is the perfect blush shade. Add it to the apple of the cheek for any skin tone – it looks like a natural flush of colour coming through the skin.
 • When you need your blush to stay put for hours to end, layer a gel formula under a bronzer or powder.
 • For an ideal flush of youth, two hues of blush should be applied. Pink, or anything in the red family, should be placed on the apple of the cheek to give the effect of blood coming to the surface. Coral, peach, or anything in the orange family should be applied to the highest point of the cheekbone; that gives the effect of heat rising. Finish by bringing a matte bronzer to the skin where the sun hits the face (chin, bridge of nose, cheekbone, and forehead).

Lips

 • To make the lip colour more vibrant and to neutralize the lip tone, dab a colour corrector.
 • Pull the bottom lip down and look at the inside colour. Choose a lipstick shade that is either lighter or a little deeper but along the same tone as the inside of the lip.
 • To outline the lips along with the Cupid’s bow, flesh-toned eyeliner should be used. This cuts the possibility of feathering and makes lips appear fuller.
 • If you would like to find an ideal red for your complexion, try applying one lip colour that has the same undertone as your complexion all over the lip: Warm uses warm and cool uses cool. Apply a red with the opposite tone simply to the center for a lip that looks fantastic.

Eyes

 • To create a guide for an ideal cat-eye flick, mascara must be applied before liquid liner.
 • A few drops of saline solution to the tube must be added and swirled the brush around to extend the mascara life.
 • Popping eye lotion in the icebox and applying to lids before eye makeup helps to lessen puffiness.
 • The handle of a brush must be used to lift the eyelid at the base of the lashes to roll the lashes up and back. It lets you wiggle the mascara wand against the base of the lashes.

Brilliant Blush Hacks – An Ultimate Guide http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/brilliant-blush-hacks-an-ultimate-guide/ Wed, 13 May 2020 16:44:27 +0000 http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/?p=3328 Continue Reading]]> Of the entire spectrum of wonderful beauty products available worldwide, blush might be neglected as an add-on, which is a Rookie mistake according to the makeup experts. The complexion can be made to look healthier simply with a few swipes of blush, and make your skin look more youthful. A wonderful glow is added to the skin that highlighter and bronzer simply cannot mimic. However, blush can be amongst the most perplexing makeup products to use. It is not as straightforward as a swirl on the cheeks.

This is an ultimate guide to brilliant blush hacks that have been created under the guidance of makeup experts at Beauty Institute Canada to help you make this super flattering product work for your lifestyle, skin tone, and face shape.

Get your skin prepared the right way

Begin with washing and moisturizing the face to make the blush blend into the skin and stay the entire day. You need to keep the skin healthy, exfoliated, clean, and supple to let makeup blend in beautifully and last longer since dry or oily skin does not help makeup as well. Begin preparing the skin using a makeup primer to give a no-slip canvas to make blush last even longer.

Choose a shade that works wonders with your skin tone

You need to select the right shade to flatter complexion since blush is not a one-size-fits-all sort of deal. Something too bright or too dark can age you rather than giving that youthful, warm glow. Selecting something that is close to your natural flush is the key and pinching cheeks is the most promising approach to figure out what that is.

Get the right blush formula for your skin type

Choosing the right blush is about more than just the shade, you need to stumble on an ideal formula, as well. There are essentially three kinds of blushes: stains, creams, and powders.

 1. For Dry Skin – Choose powder formulas. It is the best for gliding over pores for a smudging effect and regardless of popular belief, creams and stains are not so wonderful for dry skin. When dry, they can crack, which worsens the look of dryness.
 2. For Oily Skin – Choose stain formulas. Stains last for ages and look dewy, even though you have a tendency to have oil-prone skin or sweat. Just apply a bit at a time. It is hard to blend out once it sets into the skin.
 3. For Combination or Normal Skin – Choose creamy formulas. They are known for lasting longer. Cream blush is simple to use for the majority of skin types, and they’re available in a wide range of colours. Your skin will surely get a fresh, youthful look.

Choose the right blush brush

According to the experts, makeup will just look as good as the tools you apply it with and investing in a good blush brush is always worth it. It is supposed to be soft, vegan or natural hair, dense, and effortlessly be capable of spreading the colour. A tightly packed brush can pick up the product in excess and overload the face, however, a loose brush picks up less product while still offering a pretty colour payoff that is strong enough to make a difference.

At Beauty Institute Canada, we have a variety of makeup programs that you can choose from and pursue a wonderful career as a makeup artist. However, we also offer several certificate courses for the ones who are already engaged in this field. Regardless of the program you opt for, we can prepare you for the health and beauty industry.

An Introduction to Eyelash Extensions for Beginners http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/an-introduction-to-eyelash-extensions-for-beginners/ Wed, 11 Mar 2020 23:43:46 +0000 http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/?p=3322 Continue Reading]]> Your Guide to this Popular Trend from Beauty Institute Canada

If you’ve ever dreamt of waking up with long, luscious lashes that didn’t require a heavy application of mascara, it may be time to consider getting eyelash extensions. With regards to eyelash extensions, we aren’t talking about regular falsies. Rather, this type of lash application can last for weeks, making it an extremely attractive option for those who are striving for a more low maintenance beauty routine. While this trend has become popular in recent years, you still may be wondering about the overall process. Before you schedule your appointment, it’s important to familiarize yourself with the fine details so you can be sure you’re getting the most out of your new lashes.

What You Need to Know about Eyelash Extensions

There are a few things to keep in mind prior to getting eyelash extensions, and for a beginner, it may not always be clear what to look out for. If you’ve been thinking about enhancing your lashes, here is everything you need to know before you make the leap:

 • Prep for Your Appointment: Make sure to arrive at your salon with a completely bare face. This includes avoiding waterproof mascara and eye makeup for a week prior to your appointment as these products can leave behind an invisible film that may prevent the extensions from fully adhering. Also, avoid curling your natural lashes as this creates a crease at the base of your lashes which will make it challenging for your lash artist to apply the extensions accurately. Be sure to clear your schedule for the appointment as an initial application can take anywhere up to two hours to complete.

 • Eyelash Material Options: During an eyelash consultation, your lash artist will help you determine what material to choose as well as how many of these lashes should be applied. The most common types of lash material are silk and faux mink. Silk lashes tend to give off more shine and pop, whereas faux mink lashes are best if you are opting for a more ethereal look. Regardless of what material you choose, an experienced lash artist should always vary the lengths of individual lashes to create a more natural vibe.

 • Application Process: The application process for eyelash extensions is far more meticulous than gluing a strip of falsies to your lash line. Lash artists will glue individual extensions on top of your existing lashes until you are both satisfied with the results. Since lash extensions do not come in strips, they are easier to customize to suit your eye shape, desired length and lifestyle giving you the most natural looking appearance.

 • Care Routine: Following your appointment, do not get your lashes wet for at least 24 hours as the adhesive needs to completely dry. Also, you may need to tweak your normal beauty routine if you use oily products, as the oils may interfere with the adhesive. When it’s time to wash your face, try not to splash water directly around your eyes. Instead, use a cotton swab dipped in a mixture of distilled water and baby shampoo to wipe away any impurities. We also recommend gently brushing your lashes everyday with a soft, clean spoolie. While your lash extensions may take some time getting used to, they are completely worth it and will serve you well with the right care.
 • Find a Reputable Salon: While there is not enough evidence to suggest that eyelash extensions damage your natural lashes, there is a small chance you may develop traction alopecia. This condition, caused by the constant weight of repeated applications, can result in your natural lashes falling out. However, it usually takes years of bad lash applications and improper care to result in this condition. That’s why it’s important to do your research and find a reputable salon to perform your eyelash extension. Before sitting down in the chair, make sure your technician follows proper hand washing procedures, uses sterilized equipment and wears a mask.

At Beauty Institute Canada, we are passionate about helping aspiring health and beauty providers perfect their skills by offering a wide-range of diploma, certificate and workshop programs. These programs are uniquely designed to provide the necessary training needed for you to succeed in future high-profile positions. How to Perfect Your Night-Time Skin Care Routine -Tips from Your Leading Beauty School in Canada http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/how-to-perfect-your-night-time-skin-care-routine-tips-from-your-leading-beauty-school-in-canada/ Tue, 03 Mar 2020 19:53:36 +0000 http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/?p=3318 Continue Reading]]> Having great skin is not just a matter of DNA. Your daily habits have a significant impact on your appearance; therefore, it is extremely important to be conscious about what goes into your body and what you are putting on your skin. However, with so many skin care products available, it can be challenging to decide what exactly you’re supposed to do with all these options. Fortunately, we can help you perfect your night-time skin care routine including the correct order to apply products, the steps you should include, and the best products for your exact skin type.

5 Essential Night-Time Skin Care Steps

Have you ever been so tired that you fall asleep without washing your face? We’ve all been there but it’s time to put an end to this habit. Even if you don’t wear makeup, it is so important to wash your face before bed which gets rid of pollutants in addition to helping treat any skin issues, which is especially effective during the regenerative sleeping process.

Here are a few steps you should include in your night-time skin care routine so you can wake up with a clearer and healthier complexion:

 • Gently Remove Makeup: From smudge-proof to waterproof, makeup products require some effort to remove after a long day of wear. However, avoid vigorously rubbing your face in an effort to remove makeup products since doing this may lead to premature wrinkling or damage of the skin. Instead, using a cotton pad soaked with makeup remover; press gently against your skin to dissolve any product.
 • Wash with a Cleanser: Washing your face is one of the most basic yet essential steps for a proper night-time skin care routine. It’s important to find a cleanser that does not strip away healthy oils and is compatible for your skin. We suggest finding a cleanser that is non-comedogenic, which means it is made with ingredients that won’t clog your pores or trigger acne and is the perfect solution for those with sensitive skin. Rinse your skin with cool water and pat dry with a clean washcloth.
 • Apply a Toner: If you are new to toners, the general rule is to apply it right after cleaning and before anything else is applied to the skin. Pour a few drops of toner onto your clean hands and pat it onto your face for maximum product exposure. Applying a toner is an important step as the product helps to balance your skin’s pH.
 • Use a Serum Treatment: Applying a serum to your face may be the most crucial step especially in a night-time skin care routine. Serums are designed to treat anything from dark spots to wrinkles and can help promote regeneration and provide much needed hydration to the skin. Look for products containing hyaluronic acid, vitamin C or retinols which can target a variety of different issues.
 • Finish with a Moisturizer: Depending on the season and needs of your skin, the moisturizer you wear before bed can vary. Applying a moisturizer on top of a serum might seem counterintuitive but it will help keep your skin barrier healthy and help the products underneath it become even more effective.

At Beauty Institute Canada, we offer several fantastic programs to help get you started on an exciting career in the beauty industry. If you are passionate about skin care and helping others look and feel their best, our Medical Aesthetics Diploma program may be right for you. If you already have an established career and are interested in simply adding to your skill sets, why not explore one of our Non-Vocational Certificate Courses in Microdermabrasion or Skin Care Therapy. How to Reduce the Appearance of Acne -Effective Tips for Managing Your Breakouts—from Beauty Institute Canada http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/how-to-reduce-the-appearance-of-acne-effective-tips-for-managing-your-breakouts-from-beauty-institute-canada/ Tue, 18 Feb 2020 19:52:47 +0000 http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/?p=3317 Continue Reading]]> Blemishes happen to the best of us. They are usually the result of clogged hair follicles, hormonal imbalances, or a bacterial infection that results in inflammation. While pimples, also called acne, don’t pose a serious health threat, they can flare up at the most inconvenient times and lead to emotional reactions like lower self-esteem. Being unable to live life confidently because of your acne can affect your social life and even interfere with your productivity at work. Fortunately, there are several things you can do to prevent breakouts before they happen and keep your acne in control once and for all.

Simple Ways to Reduce Your Acne

When you look in the mirror and notice a big, angry pimple on your face, your first urge might be to pick at it. You may end up obsessing over it in a bid to get rid of it. However, this will likely lead to scarring and there are far better solutions to reduce your likelihood of breakouts in the first place.

Here are a few simple yet effective tips for combating your stubborn acne:

 • Keep Your Face Clean: Wash your face at least twice a day to remove excess dirt, sweat and oil build-up. Using an alcohol-free cleanser, wash your face with warm water and use circular motions with your hands when applying the cleanser. Rinse thoroughly with cool water and use a clean washcloth to pat dry. During the day, avoid touching your face as much as possible since your hands are constantly coming into contact with bacteria, which can trigger a breakout.
 • Choose Gentle Products: Select the right facial products based on whether you have oily skin, combination skin or dry skin. This will make a huge difference in the appearance of your skin since certain products are better suited for different skin types. Avoid applying astringents, toners or exfoliates if you are prone to breakouts as dry skin may cause your skin to appear worse.
 • Apply a Moisturizer: Several acne products contain ingredients that dry out the skin and cause peeling. Counteract this side effect by applying a non-comedogenic moisturizer which is gentle on sensitive skin and won’t trigger acne. While keeping your skin hydrated with a moisturizer is important, avoid choosing one that contains synthetic fragrances or other ingredients that could irritate your skin.
 • Monitor Your Diet: Eating a high-glycemic diet may lead to acne. These foods include things like chips, baked goods and soft drinks. Also, if your diet contains a lot of dairy-rich food, you may want to cut back or find a dairy alternative that works for you. It is also important to drink plenty of water to reduce redness and inflammation of the skin.

 • Reduce Stress: While easier said than done, reducing your stress levels can have a huge impact on your body not only internally but externally as well. While stress does not necessarily cause pimples, it may aggravate existing blemishes by producing more oil-stimulating hormones. Managing your stress could be as simple as taking a few minutes out of your day to journal or enjoy something you like to do, for example, attending a regular yoga class, meditating or getting a massage.

 • Consult a Dermatologist: If you are taking care of yourself but are still experiencing acne flare ups, it may be time to contact your dermatologist. A dermatologist can help you treat your acne, prevent new breakouts and reduce the appearance of scars.

Whether you’ve experienced chronic acne or just the occasional blemish, you already have an understanding of how this issue can interfere with your day-to-day life. If you want to help others treat their acne and improve their appearance and self-confidence, a career in the beauty industry might just be your calling. At Beauty Institute Canada, we offer a variety of Diploma Programs, Certificate Courses and Workshops to help you kick-start a successful future in beauty and health. New Year, New Look – Beauty Trends for 2020 -Your 2020 Beauty Guide from the Top Beauty School in Canada http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/new-year-new-look-beauty-trends-for-2020-your-2020-beauty-guide-from-the-top-beauty-school-in-canada/ Fri, 31 Jan 2020 17:01:43 +0000 http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/?p=3315 Continue Reading]]> Hello, 2020! It’s time for a makeup reboot. This year, understated makeup application will be the biggest beauty trend. You can expect to see the beauty community embrace a more natural makeup approach with an emphasis on using and promoting sustainable products. Over the last decade, the beauty industry has made significant progress in terms of the way beauty is reflected in mainstream media. Today, advertisements are getting better at accurately reflecting the everyday woman, in addition to a range of beauty products that are now more inclusive than ever before.

The Biggest Beauty Trends of 2020

It’s time to kick this decade off in the right direction. Staying on top of the latest in the beauty industry is an exciting place to start. Continue reading below, as we highlight some of the biggest beauty trends you can expect to see this year:

 • Sheer Foundation: In 2020, it’s time that skin actually looks like skin! If wearing foundation is part of your makeup routine, switch out your regular formula for a water-tint foundation. While it may not provide the full coverage you’re used to, a more hydrating foundation can smooth over blemishes and even add a natural glow.
 • Feathered Brows: Creating a feathered brow can be a simple yet impactful tweak to your makeup routine this year. Using a brow pencil, fill in any sparse areas of your eyebrow and then brush the hairs up using a clear or tinted gel to hold them in place.
 • Iridescent Eye Shadow: While we don’t suggest going for a disco ball look, iridescent eye shadow has become an emerging trend that is taking over in 2020. If you’re shopping for new eye shadows, the breakout shade is not an earth tone, but rather, a soft lilac. Purple hues will have their moment in the spotlight this year so it’s the perfect time to try out this trend.
 • Balmy Lips: Gone are the days of matte, overdrawn lips. Now, the goal is to keep the shade you apply on your lips as close to your actual lip colour as possible. It’s all about the sheer nudes and brown tones with a glossy finish to complete your ethereal look.
 • Sustainable Beauty: If these makeup trends are any indication, 2020 will be taking a “less is more” approach when it comes to beauty. Additionally, with the rise in climate change awareness, more and more brands are sourcing sustainable ingredients for their products and doing their part to reduce waste by using eco-friendly or recyclable packaging.

If you have been considering a career in the beauty industry, now is the perfect time to get involved. Whether you are just starting out or looking to enhance your existing skills, Beauty Institute Canada has a program that’s right for you. Are you passionate about experimenting with makeup and helping clients look and feel their best? Why not enroll in our Makeup Artist Diploma program. Our trained and experienced instructors can teach you everything you need to know about the latest makeup trends, application techniques and more. If you are interested in adding skills to your portfolio, our Certificate Courses and Workshops may be a more ideal solution for you.

Eyebrows Make a Statement – Learn How to Get the Perfect Shape -Take Our Threading Workshop at Beauty Institute Canada http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/eyebrows-make-a-statement-learn-how-to-get-the-perfect-shape-take-our-threading-workshop-at-beauty-institute-canada/ Wed, 15 Jan 2020 16:58:11 +0000 http://www.beautyinstitutecanada.com/?p=3314 Continue Reading]]> In recent years, the eyebrow obsession has completely dominated the beauty world. If you are familiar with the frustration of misshaped, sparse or uneven eyebrows, then you may already know why they are so important to your overall appearance. Not only do they help frame the eyes and shape your face but they are also important tools in how we communicate. While not everyone can be born with perfect brows, regular maintenance can go a long way to helping you achieve a look that suits you best.

4 Simple Steps for the Perfect Eyebrow Shape

Eyebrows have become an integral part in helping us express emotion and enhancing our natural beauty. As a result, it is absolutely necessary to have them trimmed, shaped and filled in to ensure that they make the right statement. Here are a few simple tips you can follow to get the perfect eyebrow shape for your face:

 • Prepare Your Tools: You need to have the right tools before you begin shaping your brows. If you shape your eyebrows at home, invest in a good pair of tweezers as plucking is your best DIY option. Treatments like threading or waxing should be left to the professionals.
 • Outline the Desired Shape: Determining the best eyebrow shape depends on the shape of your face. For instance, round faces should create as high of an arch as you can and avoid rounded brow shapes. Conversely, square faces may be more suited to a curved brow shape and avoid overly thin and short shapes. If you have a heart-shaped face, a low arch with a rounded curve looks the most natural and if your face is oval shaped, a flat and softly-angled eyebrow shape will work best. Once you have determined your face shape, take an eyebrow pencil and map out the desired shape. Anything outside the line can and should be plucked.
 • Take Your Time Plucking: The best time to shape your brows is after a warm shower which will help reduce pain and allow the hairs to come out more easily. Make sure you are sitting in a brightly lit room or in natural daylight if possible. Use a large or magnified mirror to help you as you take your time forming the shape.
 • Maintenance: Brow maintenance is an important step once you are happy with the final result. Tweezing one or two hairs on a daily basis is much more efficient than trying to maintain your perfect eyebrow shape towards the end of the week when several stray hairs have already grown back.

At Beauty Institute Canada, we offer a number of Specialty Workshops including a session on threading. Here, you will learn all about the history of this ancient art, as well as the skills associated with this extremely effective hair removal therapy. When it comes to makeup, you want the best of the best. For special occasions like weddings, your make-up application should not only look flawless in photos but also last through an entire day of crying happy tears. Airbrush make-up began as a red carpet technique where foundation is sprayed directly onto the skin using an airbrush gun to create a smooth finish. Since its introduction, airbrushing has been the most popular choice for brides and women who want perfect looking skin.

At Beauty Institute Canada, we offer various diploma programs, certificate courses and workshops. Our workshops, like our airbrush make-up class, are designed for students who are interested in adding additional skills to their resumé.

What You Need to Know About Airbrush Make-up Application

If you want to begin your training with airbrush make-up at our workshop, here are a few basic things you need to know about airbrushing and what to expect from our course:

 • What are the benefits of airbrushing? – There are several advantages of using airbrush make-up over traditional make-up application methods. Firstly, airbrushing offers a faster and more hygienic way of applying make-up. It also offers a lightweight finish with extremely long-lasting and full-coverage results.
 • How do you prepare for airbrushing? Before airbrushing, you will achieve the best result by making sure skin is clean and moisturized. If your skin is too dry, airbrush make-up can look flaky once it is applied. Avoid applying a make-up primer over your moisturizer or the airbrush make-up will stick to it instead of your skin and won’t have the same long-lasting effect it is known for.
 • What skin type is best for airbrushing?Airbrush make-up is best for individuals with hydrated skin. Since the make-up is light, it may not hide imperfections like scars and pimples as well as traditional make-up foundations. However, airbrush make-up is buildable and only requires a little product to achieve smooth, maximum coverage.
 • What will you learn in our workshop? Our airbrush make-up workshop is designed to perfect your make-up application skills and teach you how to use the tools, learn how to match skin colour to foundation, highlight, contour and much more. Experiment with a range of products in a supportive and creative learning environment.

We understand that not all methods of make-up application are suitable for every person. That’s why it’s important to experiment with both traditional make-up and airbrush make-up methods to see what works and what doesn’t. Fortunately, the Beauty Institute Canada offers workshops in a number of different specialties to help clients look and feel their best. If you want to add to your existing skill set or simply don’t have time to take a full course, you will benefit from our flexible workshop schedule. Depending on your area of interest, courses can range from 2-4 hours and equip you with everything you need to give your beauty career that extra edge.
