You are allowed to withdraw up to $10,000.00 every year to the maximum of $20,000.00 from RRSP’s for financing your or your spouse’s continuing education.

The Job Grant will provide direct financial support to individual employers who wish to purchase training for their employees. Canada-Ontario Job Grant provides an opportunity for employers to invest in their workforce, with help from the Ontario Government.http://www.tcu.gov.on.ca/eng/eopg/cojg/
Some employers may offer education benefit packages as part of your employment benefits. In some case, you will need to register in the program first and then your employer will reimburse you for the tuition.
